When Do I Pay the Deposit and Remaining Balance?
We arrange production after receiving your deposit. When the order is nearly ready to ship, we contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance.
How Long Do Production and Shipping Take?
Production starts after we receive your deposit and ranges from about 10–15 days for folding or detachable houses to around 40 working days for capsule houses. International shipping time is additional.
How Much Will Shipping Cost for My Order?
Shipping cost depends on the house, quantity and destination. Send the model or product link, required quantity, and your destination port or city so we can check the freight for your order.
