The X60 is a mid-size capsule suite for two, measuring 8500 × 3200 × 3200 mm with 27.2 m² of space, ≈6.5 t net weight, and 6.7 kW / 8.2 kW max power (with floor heating). The envelope uses a galvanized steel frame, fluorocarbon aluminum cladding, insulated/waterproof wall system, double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, skylight, and a stainless swing door. Interiors include integrated ceiling & walls, wood-grain flooring, a full bathroom (privacy shower room, vanity, smart toilet), whole-house water & electrics, A/C cooling & heating, ventilation, electric water heater, blackout curtains, and mosquito-proof screen doors. Optional upgrades add a kitchen set (cabinets + sink, range hood, induction hob, fridge), bar counter, smart voice/projector, insulation enhancements, and underfloor heating—ideal for boutique hotels, scenic resorts, and long-stay homestays.
